The value of handmade carpet exports rose by 11 percent in the first ten months this year comparing to the same period last year.
On the basis of released data by Iran's customs, the worth of carpet exports in the first 10 months last year was 350.2 million dollars, which escalated to 389.6 million dollars this year with a weight rate of 6.2 thousand tones.
The amount of Persian handmade carpet exports reached 340 million dollars in the first nine months this year, the growth of which was 9.3 percent continuing and finding 11.2 percent.
